Privacy Policy
This page explains what information is collected on this site, why, and how it's handled.
Last updated September 16, 2026
1. Who This Applies To
This policy covers visitors to sphere-rg.com and anyone who submits a project brief, contacts the studio, or (for active clients) accesses a project status link. SPHERE RG is operated by Ivan, based in Ukraine.
2. What Is Collected
When you submit a brief or contact form: Name, email, project type, budget range, and any message or reference material you choose to include.
If you become a client with an active project: Project details, files, and communication related to that project, stored so the work can be delivered and referenced later.
Automatically, from anyone browsing the site: Basic technical data (e.g. browser type, approximate location from IP, pages visited) that most websites collect for security and performance — no more than is standard for a small business site.
Nothing is collected from casual browsing beyond this. There is no account sign-up, and no payment is processed directly on the site.
3. How It's Used
- To respond to your brief or inquiry
- To manage and deliver an active project
- To keep basic records for invoicing and business purposes
- Never to sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers
4. Third-Party Tools
The site and workflow rely on a small number of external services to function:
- Form/brief submission (e.g. Tally or similar) — to receive and organize incoming briefs
- Instagram/Meta — if you reach out via DM, that conversation is subject to Instagram's own privacy policy as well as this one
Each of these providers processes data under their own terms; none are used to sell your information onward.
5. Client Status Links
Active clients may be given a private link to check their project's status. This link is not a public account — it is a unique, unlisted URL rather than a login, and is intended to be treated as confidential by the client it was sent to. No password-based account system is used.
7. Data Retention
Brief/contact form data is kept only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, unless a project moves forward. Active and past client project data is kept for as long as reasonably needed for business, legal, and portfolio purposes, after which it may be deleted on request.
8. Your Rights
Regardless of where you're located, you can ask at any time to:
- See what data is held about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Have your data deleted (except where records must be kept for legal/accounting reasons)
Visitors from the EU/UK have these rights under GDPR; the same requests will be honored for anyone who asks, regardless of location. To make a request, reach out via the contact details on the site.
9. Children's Privacy
This site and its services are not directed at children, and no personal data is knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as the site and services evolve. The version in effect at the time you submit a brief or use the site is the one that applies.
11. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Questions about your data? Reach out before or after starting a project — happy to clarify anything above.
